Originally zoned as commercial, this one third acre site located at 226 & 228 South Allen Street in the Borough of State College, Centre County, required residential zoning approval.
PennTerra Engineering, Inc. facilitated a Land Exchange Agreement between the Borough and Jermar Enterprises, LLC. The Borough and Jermar Enterprises entered into an land exchange agreement on the property to the north of the parking lot. The agreement provided for the exchange of property to square up the lots, and granted an easement for use by Jermar to construct an extension of the plaza constructed by the Borough in front of the Allen Street Parking Lot.
Additionally, PennTerra prepared and obtained approval of the Land Development Plans, Sewage Facilities Planning Module, and the Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans.
