Village at Penn State

PennTerra has worked with Liberty Lutheran on design and additions to the Village at Penn State, State College’s premiere continuing care retirement community. Since 2012 PennTerra has designed a new main entrance to the community, new independent living cottages, a personal care facility and worked with the Arnold Palmer Design Company on Palmer Park which includes a pitching and putting green.
