The Mews at Burnham Farm Estates

Spring Township, Bellefonte, PA

The Mews at Burnham Farm Estates are a multi-family development in Spring Township, just outside of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania.

Spanning nearly 65 acres, a total of 90 units were constructed over three phases.  PennTerra Engineering joined the project in 2004 and brought the final phase to completion in 2017.

Whether relaxing on the back porch or walking on the sidewalks, residents enjoy spectacular views.

PennTerra Engineering's land development plans included lot layout, utility service, stormwater design, road and sidewalk design, lighting, and landscaping.

This high-quality, affordable housing was Loesch Construction's first foray into the Bellefonte market and the units sold out quickly.

PennTerra Engineering’s team members enjoy working with Loesch on these projects – as well as Elksview, Golden Orchards, Washington Square, and Horizon.
