The Grande Palazzo

PennTerra is proud to be part of the Graystone Courts largest and most unique independent living building yet, The Grande Palazzo. The common space in this facility is decorated with large pillars, marble floors and a fountain giving the feel of an Italian Villa. Jeff Long, developer of the local chain of senior housing projects, has turned the two largest buildings in the former Altoona Bon Secours hospital complex into a facility featuring both independent-living and personal-care units.
