Casa Bella

For over a decade, PennTerra Engineering has been proud to partner with Jeff Long on his forward-thinking community projects. After the tremendous success of the Grande Palazzo, Long decided to build the nine-story "Casa Bella" behind the Palazzo and connect the two buildings via an enclosed skywalk over 8th Avenue.

The building offers 195 luxurious units in one and two-bedroom formats. The building's residents will have access to a 220-stall indoor parking garage, as well as several amenities. The rooftop lounge area will have pickleball and basketball areas. Of course, the Palazzo's shoppes, restaurant, spa, theatre room, and chapel are just across the skywalk.
