Tru Hotel by Hilton
Benner Township, Bellefonte, PA
Opened in April of 2026, this 98-room Tru by Hilton is easily accessible to I-99, Penn State, and Victorian Bellefonte! Designed on a 2.75-acre commercial lot, this 4-story building's footprint spans over 11,000 square feet. To serve the guests and employees, there are 112 parking spaces, including ADA-accessible spaces and EV-charging stations.
The land development plan was developed in conjunction with a retail pad. To serve the two developments, a combination infiltration basin and retaining basin were designed, complete with underground conveyance.
In addition to the lighting plan, a landscaping plan was designed to enhance the site's aesthetics. Over 10 trees were added - a mix of deciduous and evergreens, as well as over 500 shrubs.
