Valley Vista Development Company employed PennTerra Engineering, Inc. to provide site engineering and design services for construction of the site infrastructure on a 13.7 acre tract, for a 105,000 square foot Home Depot store. The store is located in the Corridor Overlay District of Patton Township, Centre County. Services also included development of plans for approval by PennDOT and the Client were required to develop a plan that would satisfy all these needs, while meeting the stipulations of Corridor Overlay Zoning.
