Opened in 2019, Science Park Plaza offers the State College area Class A professional office space with convenient access to downtown and the interstate. Its amenities include an on-site gym and covered parking (over 300 parking stalls in all).
PennTerra was proud to work with several veterans to bring this 8.7-acre site and 20,000 square foot facility into reality, as well as see it become a home to a veteran-owned company like Keystone Commercial Real Estate.
