Located just off of Interstate 99, the Paradise Shopping Center's 14.4 acres offers a convenient and modern experience for local residents and visitors alike.
The commercial parcel is home to a 50,000 square foot Giant grocery store and fuel station. In the future, up to three out parcels may be occupied by other commercial establishments.
Given the proximity to Fisherman's Paradise and Spring Creek, special considerations were taken with the stormwater management plans, erosion controls, and overall impacts of the site construction.
There was also considerable coordination with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to ensure safe vehicular movements in the area, including a new turning lane and a new signalized intersection. The site is also pedestrian and mass transit friendly with crosswalks and bus stops. There are also two electric car charging stations located near the main entrance.
