King Financial Partners

State College, PA

In 2017, Tom and Laura King of King Financial Partners (KFP) approached PennTerra Engineering about renovating a residential property on Blue Course Drive that had been rezoned for commercial use in Ferguson Township, Pennsylvania.

After careful planning and design of the layout, parking, lighting, landscaping, retaining wall, and stormwater management, the land development plan was approved for construction.

KFP's new headquarters offers a modern facade within a main commercial corridor in State College. 

It is always an honor for PennTerra's team to work on behalf of our country's veterans. Tom King is a former Marine and we thank him for his service, as well as his business.
