Fulton Bank

In 2004, Fulton Bank approached PennTerra Engineering for assistance in developing a new branch on the growing Benner Pike.
Approved in 2009, the land development plan for this 1.2-acre commercial parcel just outside of Bellefonte now boasts an easily accessible bank branch location for Fulton's customers.
Plans included a nearly 3,000 sq. ft. building, 18 parking stalls, and a drive-through. Pedestrian crosswalks, sidewalks, and lighting were also included.
PennTerra's team created plans for stormwater management, landscaping, utility service, and overall layout of the site.
