Working within Patton Township's Planned Airport District, Decibel Partners, LP's 5.9-acre hotel project continues the Nittany Valley Sports Centre Master Plan with Phase 2C.
"PennTerra has a long history of working in this area with projects that include Nittany Valley Sports Centre, The Wynwood House Personal Care Community, PBCI-Allen Mechanical & Electrical, and the Kingston Village duplex community," said Mark Torretti, Senior Project Manager at PennTerra Engineering.
The Final Land Development Plan was approved in late May and proposes a 96-room, four-story extended-stay hotel. To accommodate guests, there will be 112 parking stalls (including ADA-accessible), two bike racks, and sidewalks to connect this project to the projects in the earlier phases. A new road, Donald Drive, will connect the project to Bernel Road, while a right-in and right-out will connect it to Fox Hill Road.
The 13,715 square foot hotel will be served by two stormwater basins.
This new hotel is perfectly located for sports tournaments, visiting family, and for those utilizing the State College Regional Airport.
