The four-story hotel is situated on a 4.247 acre lot on the booming Benner Pike, just outside of the Borough of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. The to-be-announced, dual-branded hotel will feature both traditional hotel rooms and extended-stay style suites within its 58,152 square feet of space. The developers paid special attention to the look of the structure within its environment by requesting extra landscaping - especially in the parking lot area - and pedestrian-friendly sidewalks.
