In 2022, Arize Federal Credit Union was ready to make a statement with its newly constructed, main operations office - to be located on the Benner Pike in State College, Pennsylvania.
The sleek, solar-powered building will do just that.
Across the nearly 6.5-acre commercial site, there will be over 3,000 square feet of solar arrays to power the building. With a footprint of 5,800 square feet, this two-story building will serve employees and customers via the 43 parking stalls and drive-through service lanes.
PennTerra Engineering's land development plans also include stormwater management features, trash service, retaining walls, attractive landscaping, and lighting.
Above it all, Arize will proudly fly the American flag.
