The Yards at Old State

PennTerra worked with Toll Brothers Commercial to plan and design a 268 unit, 1038 bed student housing community consisting of cottages, duplexes, townhomes and a large clubhouse. Flanked by a new public street that will access a 100 acre township park, the project is the largest student housing community serving the Penn State main campus.
