The Retreat

The Retreat is the first of its kind student housing community serving the Penn State main campus. PennTerra worked with Landmark on designing this planned residential development located in two municipalities. The community consists of a mix of 102 cottages, duplexes and townhomes and a large clubhouse. The Retreat is the first of three cottage style communities serving the Penn State main campus.
