Landmark Properties constructed the Metropolitan, a 13 story, mixed use commercial, business and residential building on a 31,000 square foot lot. The unique architectural and site design provided the location for a restaurant, business center, athletic facility, a 13,000 square foot professional office and 119 apartments housing 540 beds. In addition to the 13 story occupied building, there is a four level in-ground parking garage.
