The Mark at State College

PennTerra Engineering is once again working with Landmark Properties on "The Mark State College," a 12-story, mixed-use building in downtown State College.
This parcel is just under one acre and located along East College Avenue, facing Penn State University. The first two floors will be commercial/retail, with the balance providing 159 units (515 beds) of student housing and amenity space.
Three levels of underground parking stalls will provide about 300 spaces, as well as protected bicycle spaces.
This project is located in the Commercial Incentive District and was approved as a Signature Development Project.
Demolition began in the fall of 2025 with construction anticipated to be completed by August of 2028.
