Originally zoned as commercial, this one third acre site located at 226 & 228 South Allen Street in the Borough of State College, Centre County, required residential zoning approval. PennTerra Engineering, Inc. facilitated a Land Exchange Agreement between the Borough and Jeramar Enterprises, LLC. The agreement provided for the exchange of property to square up the lots, and granted an easement for use by Jermar to construct an extension of the plaza constructed by the Borough in front of the Allen Street Parking Lot.
