Campus Towers and Center Court

Campus Towers and Center Court is a 74-unit student apartment complex comprised of two multilevel buildings on 1.3 commercially-zoned acres between Garner and Sowers Streets, in downtown State College. PennTerra performed topographic, existing feature, and perimeter surveying for this project, in addition to complete site design including building and parking lot grading, water and sewer service coordination, and storm sewer design.
