This six-story, multi-use building sits at the intersection of West College Avenue and Buckhout Street with the majority of the project in Ferguson Township and the frontage along Buckhout Street, located in the Borough of State College. This unique location is convenient for Penn State students walking to class, while also within a commercial corridor that is convenient to all residents. The 154,556 square feet building will feature 96 student apartments with two and three bedroom configurations, as well as commercial/office space on the first floor.

A portico will overlook Buckhout Street, offering an interesting architectural twist to the building.

Due to the confines of the 1.14 acre lot, parking is placed below and within the building, with access from Calder Way via the rear of the building.

The underground stormwater systems feature the use of buried R-Tanks in order to maximize the volume that can be detained in the limited available area on the lot. To view the installation of these stormwater features, PennTerra conducted a site visit and produced the following video:
