Welcome back, Arts Fest!
PennTerra is a regular sponsor of the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, which puts on "Arts Fest" in downtown State College and on the main campus of Penn State. After a two-year hiatus, we are happy to welcome them back in conjunction with a few special guests!
